Aurora Philippines, also known as RORA, asserted total dominance with a 4-0 sweep over Indonesia’s Alter Ego during the M7 World Championship Grand Finals at the Tennis Indoor Senayan in Jakarta last night, January 25.
The victory marks the Philippines’ sixth consecutive world title, cementing the country’s dynasty in Mobile Legends history.
After finishing as runners-up behind Team Liquid PH in the MPL, both squads secured their spots in the M7 World Championship. This sparked excitement among Filipino fans who dreamed of an all-Filipino Grand Finals.
However, that dream was cut short when Team Liquid PH was eliminated early in the tournament. The result left many supporters frustrated, shifting the nation’s hopes to the RORA to carry the torch and defend the Philippines’ M-Series reign.
